ccp - Compact Container - Air Conditioning Units have proven themselves under the toughest operating conditions in climatically critical zones and are used for air conditioning special containers.
They are ready-to-connect compact plug-in units, meaning all components necessary for the partial air conditioning system to function are built into a single housing.
The units are factory-tested and delivered ready for installation in the front wall of the container. They are inserted and screwed flush with the outside using an angle frame. This allows the containers to be lined up side by side, and the units are optimally protected against all types of damage during transport and at the installation site.
An integrated weather protection grille guarantees optimal protection for the unit. The various cooling and heating outputs range from 2.5 kW to 18 kW.
Various temperature control concepts are available. The basic versions guarantee Class N interference and EMC protection according to EN 55022 Class B VDE 0871, limit value Class A.
Standard version: Steel St 12.3, powder-coated RAL 9010 Special versions: Seawater-resistant V4A stainless steel
On request, the units can be equipped with humidification and dehumidification systems and/or with RF shielding (EMC measures).
Options: Special frequencies and voltages, as well as electronic start-up relief, are available upon request.
Diesel engine‒driven partial air conditioning system
The supply module is used to air condition the cabins. The design of the ZK 218 partial air conditioning module is as follows: All components are installed in a 1.4301 stainless steel frame construction with insulated aluminum cladding painted in accordance with TLA 0003.
