Waffle block coolers for large bakeries
The cooling channel is used to cool flat waffles and is part of a complete waffle line. It consists of individual segments held together by foamed hook fasteners.
The waffles are transported through the channel via four supported round cords. The insulation consists of CFC-free polyurethane sandwich elements. The cooling units are installed beneath the channel. The evaporator units with the fans are located in the cooling channel. The operating side is on the right in the direction of transport. Installation by the customer is easy, and the electrical wiring is connected via plugs. The labeling is replaced by symbols.
Partial air conditioning for soundproof cabins
Air conditioning system for machines in a soundproof cabin under severe tropical conditions. The supply module is used to air condition a soundproof press room.
The system's design is as follows:
- All components are mounted on the outside of the cabin in a painted steel frame construction with insulated, powder-coated aluminum cladding. The connection between the cabin and the air conditioning system is sealed on the return air side with neoprene gaskets. The supply air is ducted via three flexible, insulated aluminum hoses outside the cabin.
- The control panel with manual switchover is integrated into the system and can optionally be mounted remotely via plug-in connections as a remote control.
- This system uses two separate air conditioning circuits with hermetic scroll compressors for 50% redundancy.
- The condenser and evaporator fans are direct-drive, low-maintenance radial motors.
- Heat exchanger: Copper core tubes, aluminum fins.
- Return air filter grade EU4
- Special attention was paid to simple maintenance that can be carried out using on-site resources.
- The use of complex control and regulation modules was deliberately avoided in this project.
